What is the location and the view like?
Chokdee House is located at Doniford Bay, Watchet, Somerset, right on the coast, offering stunning natural views from your own private balcony.
How many guests can stay and how many bedrooms are there?
We can accommodate up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin rooms) and a sofa bed in the living area, making it ideal for large families.
Are dogs allowed to stay?
Dogs are very welcome! Our highlight is the gated wooden decking, which allows your dog to safely relax outside the caravan.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM, allowing our cleaning team time to prepare for the next guests.
What is the payment and deposit process?
A £50 deposit confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due at least 6 weeks before your stay. Short-notice bookings must be paid in full.
What is the cancellation or change policy?
Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before arrival receive a full refund (minus deposit). To change dates, please contact us to check seasonal availability and pricing.
What amenities are provided in the caravan?
The caravan includes a fully equipped kitchen, air fryer, oven, TV, DVD player, and free private WiFi (dedicated to the caravan, not shared park WiFi).
What park facilities are available at Doniford Bay?
You can enjoy the swimming pools, restaurants, and various fun activities. (Play Passes can be purchased at the park reception.)
Is parking convenient?
Very convenient! There is a parking area close to the caravan, making it easy to quickly unload your belongings without a long walk.
What is your policy on smoking?
To maintain cleanliness, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the caravan and on the entire wooden decking area.
How do I receive the keys?
We use a Key Safe system. You will receive the access code electronically on your arrival day. It's safe, convenient, and means no waiting in lines.
Do I need to bring anything myself?
We provide all bed linen, but please remember to bring your own towels to ensure the best hygiene for your family.
